📊 SendGrid FA-SOA Monthly Report

Automated delivery report sent monthly, covering emails from the 1st through the report day (send date drifts upstream, so the window catches it either way).

SendGrid Category

Category name in SendGrid to filter report emails (e.g. FA-SOA)

From Email Filter

Only include emails sent from this address. Leave blank for all senders.

Internal Domain

Recipients at this domain are flagged as Internal in the report.

Report Recipient (override)

Send the FA-SOA report to a different address. Leave blank to use the recipient on the left.

Report Day of Month

Emails from the 1st through this day of the month (UTC+7) are included in the report, since the upstream send date isn't fixed. Default: 10.

Send Hour (UTC+7, 0–23)

Send Minute (0–59)

Time the report email is sent, in UTC+7. Default: 15:00 (3PM), to give other systems time to finish before the report goes out.
